Emergency Water Mitigation and Flood Extraction

Our water damage services are thorough, inexpensive and headache-free!

Traditional Water Restoration Services

  • Out-dated methods of determining what materials need to be removed from the building

  • Often will require you to be out of your home or building for multiple days

  • Prices are determined based on factors that may or may not be relevant to your situation

  • Costs are often negotiated with insurance due the amounts being high, leading to delayed reimbursements for you or a delay in the service itself being performed

  • If it’s a full restoration company, they will repair drywall and other materials, but at a premium cost

Our Water Mitigation Service

  • State of the art methods of determining moisture levels and what materials (if any) need to be removed

  • Almost never requires you to leave your home or building

  • Prices are determined on a case by case basis, so you only pay for the service you are actually receiving

    • Our cost is sometimes even lower than our customers’ deductible so the customer pays out of pocket rather than driving up their insurance rates with a claim!

  • Our costs are typically approved by insurance much faster and easier because they are lower than traditional water restoration companies

  • While we may need to cut out drywall in some cases, we don’t repair drywall. However, we will help you find a qualified service provider at a fraction of the cost of a restoration company

Our Water Mitigation Process

Inspection: We will use multiple tools, including moisture meters and hygrometers, to inspect the extent of the damage to building and flooring materials.

Quote: Before beginning the work, we will give you an accurate quote that will be much lower than a traditional restoration company, gather any necessary insurance information and provide you with our information for your insurance company (if you choose to go through insurance).

Removal: Next, we will remove any necessary materials. This often includes carpet pad, but rarely the carpet itself, as with our process we can almost always salvage your carpet and other flooring.

Extraction: Using our high powered, truck mounted machines, we will extract all excess water.

Sanitizing: Once all necessary materials are removed, we will spray a hospital grade anti-microbial treatment. This not only kills bacteria that is present, but it helps prevent further mold or mildew growth.

Drying: As soon as possible, we will set up commercial grade LGR dehumidifiers along with high efficiency fans to dry out all remaining materials and the building itself as fast as possible. Most times, this only takes 1-3 days, and we will stop by each day to take moisture readings and adjust the equipment as needed.

Further Sanitizing: All remaining affected surfaces and materials will get treated a second time with the anti-microbial treatment once everything is dry.

Final Cleaning: All cleanable surfaces (such as carpet) will be thoroughly cleaned to ensure full removal of contaminants.

Restoration: If any repair work is to be done (such as drywall) we will ensure you have a cost-efficient provider ready to do the repairs so that you don’t have to pay a restoration company their premium prices for this step.

Insurance and billing: We will work with you and your insurance company to make the process seamless. We have never once had an insurance company refuse to pay our bills or negotiate our prices. Our prices are so much lower than they are used to, they never have a problem paying! Also with our lower rates, your insurance company may be less likely to raise your rates since it will be a smaller claim!

Most importantly, we will care for your home or building and get it back to normal as quickly as possible with minimal disruption to your daily life!
