Far too often, carpet cleaning companies will advertise a very low price to get their foot in the door, then once they arrive (and you’ve done all the work to move furniture!) they charge far more than their advertisement. Sometimes they’ll say it’s because of pet spots, or square footage, or that you need “special treatments” or else they won’t do the cleaning. No matter the reason, it’s dishonest and unethical.

When we quote a price on the phone, email or text, we make sure to give you as accurate of a quote as possible.
