We are excited to work for you! The following details will help ensure a smooth and convenient appointment:
-Remove all small items from the floor before our arrival (clothes, toys, etc).
-Please do not pretreat or try to clean any spots before we arrive.
Residential Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning:
-An available outside water faucet (in winter months, please ensure the pipe/faucet are not frozen).
-A toilet or laundry sink to run our waste hose into.
-Furniture that we can move (upon request): some couches, chairs, end tables, nightstands, coffee tables (excessive amounts of furniture may incur extra charges).
-Furniture that we do not move: large bookcases, armoires, heavy exercise equipment, beds, or anything with electronics or breakables on or inside.
-The access door will be propped open by our hoses, so please be mindful of children and pets. If no one will be home, pets must be in another room, kennel, etc. before we arrive (we don’t want to accidentally let your pets out!).
-If we are using a portable machine rather than truck mounted due to access restrictions, please wait 24 hours and then proceed with routine vacuuming.
-After carpet and upholstery cleaning, please keep foot traffic to a minimum until the carpet is completely dry ( dry times are about 2-8 hours), and keep pets off carpet until it is fully dry.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning:
-Unless previously discussed, we will use a machine specifically designed for commercial carpet, meaning there will be no hoses, propped doors, or outdoor water access needed.
-We will need access to a maintenance closet or other water source inside.
-Carpet will be dry very quickly (1-2 hours) and foot traffic during/after cleaning is okay. Please wait 24 hours and then proceed with normal routine vacuuming.
-Furniture: we can move wheeled office chairs during cleaning so you don’t have to store them. Please remove other items from the floor prior to our arrival, such as other furniture you want us to clean under, trash bins, personal items, etc. as we cannot move anything except wheeled office chairs for insurance purposes.
Tile Cleaning:
—If we are sealing grout and/or tile, please avoid foot traffic for 1 hour, then resume heavy traffic after 24 hours, use of showers after 48 hours.
Optional Services:
-Your technician will itemize out options such as our all-natural deodorizer, fiber protector, pet urine treatment and tile/grout sealing. Please let us know if you want more information on these before we arrive.
-Ask your technician about our Stay Clean Program. Becoming a member gives you discounts on regular cleanings and provides more convenient scheduling!
