Our machine puts a very low amount of moisture down, scrubs it in to the wood, and then immediately extracts the moisture and squeegees the floor. After cleaning and monitoring the hardwood to make sure it’s ready for the finish, we then apply a topcoat. This topcoat helps to protect the hardwood from scratches, scuffs and other damage, but it also helps it shine and sparkle again!
