When we serve our customers, they often want to know how long the cleaning appointment will take. This is absolutely a fair question; as we are intruding in your home! The answer of course depends on how much carpet we are cleaning, how heavy the soil load is, if we are treating for pet stains in carpet, if we are applying a Scotchgard protector on the carpet, etc. We are very aware that we are in the way while we are cleaning, and make every effort to finish as quickly as possible. However, we do have the most thorough process in the industry, and we won’t sacrifice quality for time, because we want your carpet, upholstery, or tile to look as good as it possibly can.
Above anything, our main concern is making you happy. Whatever it takes to do that is what we will do!
